$50 deposit required to secure your spot (goes toward your service)
Deposit is non-refundable — so please book the right thing, boo
Services are by appointment only (no DMs, no walk-ins)

Deposits
$50 non-refundable
Applied to your total
No deposit = no appointment
Cancellations
One-time courtesy reschedule via the link in your email
Same-day cancellations = $100 fee for installs / $75 for retouches
No-shows = canceled and blocked from future bookings
Late?
15-minute grace
20+ min = $20 late fee
30+ min = canceled and new deposit needed
Prep Before You Pull Up
Hair MUST be clean, blow-dried, and detangled (no exceptions)
No oils, no leave-ins, no product
No heat, no flat ironing

Minimum 3 bundles required
4+ bundles = $25 extra bundle fee
Only using The C17 Collection hair (no outside hair, boo)
Hair is not sold in salon — online only
