Now, beyond this sentence is the very important information. We Only install Hair from our C17 collection (NO EXCEPTIONS) We Do Not Keep Hair at Salon. (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY) Please Allow 6 to 8 days for shipping. Due to limited space, please do not bring guests to sit with you during your appointment, they will be asked to leave. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable on all services. Reschedules not made with 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit – NO EXCEPTIONS. Appointments can be rescheduled online; you can do so by scrolling to the bottom of the Confirmation Email you received after booking your appointment and clicking on “RESCHEDULE”. We offer a one-time reschedule as a courtesy to our clients and the rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of the original appointment. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to any of the terms stated above!
PLEASE SET ASIDE 4-6 HOURS FOR EXTENSION SERVICES and 1-2 HOURS FOR MYPART RETOUCHES. Please arrive on time. We will allow a 15-minute grace period and to ensure other clients are not impacted by late arrivals, anything after 30 mins $25 anything after that Appointment will be canceled.
