Refund Policy - Terms and Conditions

Purchasing from this site you understand and agree that all sales are final - due to sanitation and customization purposes, we can not resale once orders are shipped, As All Hair Extensions are Pre-Ordered and tailored to your personal length and texture preference. Returns and Refunds are NOT accepted under any circumstance. Shipping for alterations will be covered by (you) the customer, unless it is at our fault. i.e wrong order, product. This is listed throughout our website & product descriptions.

Please understand when ordering hair extensions from our site as a custom order where custom Pre-Order is included in your service or order, each item being ordered is the nature of human hair - some variations of the hair may be slightly different to how it appears in product photo. We can not guarantee an exact replication - but aim to create a custom product that is nearly close to the original. These variations DO NOT warrant a refund.

(You) as the customer are responsible for pre ordering hair based on pictures and item information. We Pre-Order Hair Extensions based off of the Pre-Order provided to us. An order can not even be placed for Pre-Order without YOU the customer selecting the hair extension lengths or textures ( via wavy 18in, curly 20in, straight 26in ) if Pre-Order is unsatisfactory, it is at the fault of the customer.

 Pre-Ordering hair extensions has a processing time of 5 business days after purchase is initiated, not including shipping and handling. Please keep that in mind before ordering. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm order has been shipped. Please do not use social media as a form of contact for customer service for your order, but instead email hello@thecloset17.com or we may not receive your questions, concerns, and/or order efficiently.

To prevent fraud, your billing address and shipping address for purchases must match or we will immediately cancel order.

We do not save credit card information, but may or may not save email correspondence, social media correspondence and invoice details up to one year for billing disputes purposes.

HAIRSTUFF PRODUCTS (NON: HAIR EXTENSION) RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@thecloset17.com. 
If your return is accepted,  WE will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
