We’re so glad you’re here, boo! Before you secure your spot, let’s make sure we’re on the same page.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking Basics
Read this before you hit Book, bae.
What You're Booking:
Full MYPART Install or Retouch
Includes: Net, braiding base, install, styling, and care tips. Appointments Open on the 15th of each month at 7PM. We release a 30-day calendar, we are NOT booked for the year. All services require a non refundable $50 deposit to hold your spot.
Deposits go toward your service total. No deposit = no appointment. Period.
Hair Policy
Hair must be from our Closet17 Collection ONLY. No outside bundles, no exceptions.
We do not dye hair. Chemical free salon.
Please come washed, blow-dried, and detangled.
Friendly Reminder: We do not sell hair onsite. Hair must be ordered online ahead of time. Shipping Time: 5–8 business days (processing not included). You may leave bundles at the salon until your appointment. (select Leave at salon when ordering)

Anything over 3 bundles = $25 extra bundle fee. Hair is not included in install pricing.
Mypart Maintenance
Max wear time: 3 months with 2 retouches in between.
Retouches should be booked every 4–6 weeks.
Book under “Mypart Retouch” on the site.
Client Prep
We’re a non chemical salon, no dye services offered.
Arrive washed, blow dried, and detangled.
"MyPart" Installs includes a braiding base, net, scalp oiling, hair install, styling!
Cancellations + Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, using the link in your confirmation email.
Same day cancellations forfeit your $50 deposit.
Cancellation fees apply:
$100 for Fullhead
$75 for Retouch
Cancellation fees are automatically charged to your card on file. Missed or declined payments may result in future appointments being canceled.
Late Policy
15 minute grace period
20+ minutes late = $20 late fee
30+ minutes = appointment canceled + deposit forfeited
Guest Policy
No extra guests. No kids, cousins, pets, or plus ones.
Refunds
No refunds on products or services.
Remaining balance must be paid in cash only at the salon.
Salon Rules
No recording or photography during your "MYPART" Install.
Photos/videos may be taken after service of your hair with consent.
Waiver & Legal Terms
By submitting your deposit, you agree to the following:
You will not recreate, teach, or perform the “MYPART” No Hair Out method for business or personal use. Legal action will be taken if violated.

You agree to not disclose techniques, products, or business info from your appointment.

The Closet17 is not liable for scalp sensitivity, sores, or tenderness. Speak up if you’re uncomfortable.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen items during your visit.

No refunds will be issued, for any reason.

By booking, you waive all claims and legal actions related to services provided.

You consent to opt-in for texts/emails for booking + appointment updates.
