MYPART POLICIES + TERMS

 

Welcome to The Closet17 Booking Policies

We’re so glad you’re here, boo! Before you secure your spot, let’s make sure we’re on the same page.

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Booking Basics

  • Appointments drop on the 15th of each month at 7PM.
  • We release a 30-day calendar—we are NOT booked for the year.
  • All services require a non-refundable $50 deposit to hold your spot.
  • Deposits go toward your service total. No deposit = no appointment. Period.

Hair Policy

  • We only install bundles from The Closet17 Collection. No outside hair allowed.
  • Hair is not sold on-site. Pre-order online after booking your appointment.
  • Hair ships in 5–8 business days (not including processing).
  • You may leave your bundles at the salon until your appointment.

Bundles Needed

14”–18” 3 Bundles
20”–26” 4 Bundles
28”+ 4–5 Bundles
  • Anything over 3 bundles = $25 extra bundle fee.
  • Hair is not included in install pricing.

Mypart Maintenance

  • Max wear time: 3 months with 2 retouches in between.
  • Retouches should be booked every 4–6 weeks.
  • Book under “Mypart Retouch” on the site.

Client Prep

  • We’re a non chemical salon, no dye services offered.
  • Arrive washed, blow dried, and detangled.
  • MyPart installs includes a braiding base and 

Cancellations + Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once, using the link in your confirmation email.
  • Same-day cancellations forfeit your $50 deposit.
  • Cancellation fees apply:
    • $100 for Fullhead
    • $75 for Retouch
  • Cancellation fees are automatically charged to your card on file.
  • Missed or declined payments may result in future appointments being canceled.

Late Policy

  • 15-minute grace period
  • 20+ minutes late = $20 late fee
  • 30–40+ minutes = appointment canceled + deposit forfeited

Guest Policy

  • No extra guests. No kids, cousins, pets, or plus-ones.

Refunds

  • No refunds on products or services.
  • Remaining balance must be paid in cash only at the salon.

Salon Rules

  • No recording or photography during your appointment.
  • Photos/videos may be taken of your hair with consent.

Waiver & Legal Terms

By booking, you agree not to:

  • Copy or perform The Closet17’s “Mypart” No Hair Out method.
  • Teach, share, or profit from the method in any form.
  • Attempt to recreate the method for personal or business use.

Violating these terms will result in legal action.
You also waive all liability and acknowledge services are at your own risk.
