WHEN DO BOOKS OPEN?
NEW BOOKS OPEN MONTHLY ON THE 15th AT 7:00PM, I WILL ONLY BOOK 1 MONTH AT A TIME. IF THE CALENDAR STATES NO APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE, IT MEANS WE ARE FULLY BOOKED FOR THAT MONTH. PLEASE CHECK BACK PERIODICALLY TO SEE IF SOMEONE CANCELS (P.S. we are not booked for the year lol)
HOW DO I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
To cancel appointments booked online, please refer back to your confirmation email. The cancel option will be at the bottom. Please refrain from calling or texting the salon to cancel. (Deposits are not refunded)

If you haven't purchased hair please do so, as we only install hair from our Closet17 Collection. NO EXCEPTIONS
CAN I PURCHASE HAIR AT THE SALON ON MY APPOINTMENT DATE?
PLEASE NOTE, YOU CANNOT PURCHASE HAIR AT SALON. PRE- ORDER ONLINE ONLY. PLEASE ALLOW 5 TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS FOR HAIR ARRIVAL. ( I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING HAIR BEFORE MAKING APPOINTMENTS)

Remaining balance at appointment time: Cash only.

My goal is to give each and every beautiful human exceptional service. Unfortunately, due to the busy nature of my schedule, I am unable to accept walk ins.
IS MY REAL HAIR SUITABLE FOR THE "MYPART" NO HAIR OUT INSTALL?
The "MYPART" was created for CUTIE PIES LIKE YOU to avoid CLOSURES, GLUE OR ANY ADHESIVE. In order to get the "MYPART" you must have full strong hair, not broken or damaged in any area you decide to get the "MYPART" via MIDDLE PART/SIDE PART/SLANT PART, your hair must have no signs of SPOTS/THINNING/GAPS/ETC as your real scalp is the main ingredient to the "MYPART"
HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE NEEDED FOR FULLHEAD?
3 Bundles if your weave lengths are 12-22”
4 Bundles if your weave lengths are 24" or over.
Add another bundle to any of these if you desire a very full, voluptuous look.
After 3 bundles, there is an additional $25.00 per bundle.

If by any chance it didn't make it please contact me and it would be my pleasure to send it again. You will also receive an email with the address a day before your schedule appointment time.
CAN I USE MY PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED CLOSET17 EXTENSIONS?
Yes! Please ensure that the hair is freshly washed and very clean.
Detangle hair extensions with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush
- Co-wash hair extensions thoroughly with a moisturizing conditioner at and leave in hair for up to 15 mins.
- Let air dry for best results.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT?
We recommend all clients (NEW and OLD) schedule their appointment 30 Days in advance. The calender will not show any availability more than 30 days into the future because you can only book up to 30 days in advance.
CAN YOU SQUEEZE ME IN?
Unfortunately, I can't. Although I'd LOVE to slay every queen in need of a new crown, I must also respect the appointment times reserved by those who have already booked. 'Squeezing you in' = overbooking. Contrary to most, I do not overbook appointments/clients because my main priority is to give all appointments/clients my undivided attention and have them in and out without any excessive wait times.
Rescheduling can be done 1 time maximum per appointment. Rescheduling must be done at least 24hours prior to your original appointment.

Please allow 24-48 hrs for processing not including shipping time.
5-8 business days for shipping
SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS (Friday counts as the weekend/ Holiday requires additional days)
